Choosing to have Plastic Surgery is an important decision. If you are planning a Plastic Surgery procedure, we advise you to take your time to find a board-certified Plastic Surgeon and, if necessary, obtain different medical opinions. Take the opportunity to clarify all important questions. Write down in advance what you want to know from the doctor. If you still have questions after the consultation, make another appointment or call your doctor. If you still have doubts then it is better not to proceed as you can always have surgery when the time is right for you but you can never completely reverse the results.

Only the title board-certified in Plastic Surgeon is protected in most European Countries. Other titles such as “Cosmetic Surgeon”, “Beauty Surgeon” or “Aesthetic Surgeon” are not protected titles and can be used by any doctor without a multiyear specialist training. Being a member in the National Society for specialists in Plastic Surgery and hereby being a member in ESPRAS is a symbol of excellence.
